Jake Volz has lived in Oregon his entire life. He took up photography in 2009 and turned his passion into a profession in 2019. Jake also received his drone certification through the FAA that same year. Combining both his passions into one. His eye for capturing unique angles that we have never seen before. And that's when Eagle Eye Droneography was developed.
Eagle Eye Droneography operates multiple drone platforms from photography, videography and an agricultural spray drone. Teaming up with Rantizo out of Iowa.
Jake is licensed through the FAA and ODA.
Jake also uses his skills to assist the Yamhill County Sheriff's Department and Search and Rescue. Eagle Eye Droneography operates a drone that is equipped with the
FLIR (forward-looking infrared). This allows aerial thermal imaging to in vineyards, to help find missing persons or locating heat sources like fire in heavy smoke.
Eagle Eye Droneography is able to take pictures and video at any angle
from elevation 0 - 400 feet.
